La vie de l'espionne Ioana Gordon raconté par l'historienne Nadine Mackenzie
L’espionne Ioana Gordon a vécu une vie extraordinaire. Après la Seconde Guerre Mondiale, Ioana a dû quitté son pays natal, la Roumanie ainsi s’est enfuie cachée dans le fusélage d’un avion pour arriver en Suisse. Là elle a passé plusieurs années avant de déménager en Alberta où elle a passé la reste de sa vie sur un ranch. L’historienne suisse Nadine Mackenzie qui était amies avec l’ancienne espionne, raconte la vie extraordinaire d’Ioana Gordon dans son livre “La rançon de l’espionnage”.

The life of female spy Ioana Gordon told by historian Nadine Mackenzie
Female spy Ioana Gordon led an extraordinary life. After the Second World War, Ioana had to escape her home country Romania and fled to Switzerland, hidden in the hull (fuselage) of an airplane. She spent several years of her life in Switzerland before moving to Alberta, where she spend the rest of her life on a ranch. Here to tell Iona Gordon’s extraordinary life story is Swiss historian Nadine Mackenzie, who was close friends with the former spy. She wrote down the story of Ioana’s life in the book “La rançon de l’espionnage”.
