Emilie Lequatre

Emilie Lequatre

Hello everyone! My name is Emilie, I come from the region of Centre-Val-de-Loire in France and its magnifique castles (Chambord, Chenonceau, Cheverny...)

I have a bachelor’s degree in Literature, and when I went to the university, I studied a diploma in English that allowed me to travel under the ERASMUS program. After that, I worked in London as an assistant of the French language in an English high school. After that, I pursued a master's degree in French as second Language teaching from University of Orléans, France, where I had the opportunity to teach in Dominican Republic and Morocco.

My philosophy in education is: if you love what you discover, you will feel more confident in your learning journey.

I love teaching because after my ERASMUS experience, one of my teachers told me “I will pass on to you my love for the French language”, and now, this is what I try to do when I teach my knowledge, be it the linguistic part but also the cultural part, because that is a part of the richness of the French language.
