Alliance Française Vancouver brings the French language to life through interactive and cultural workshops
; held at our centre or at your school.
We combine bilingual expertise and immersive Francophone contexts to create classroom moments your students will truly remember.
Students engage in French practice to strengthen their sense of Canadian identity and explore openness to interculturality within
Francophone communities around the world!
Students discover the Francophone world through interactive music, traditions, art and cultural activities. They
explore diversity, practice French vocabulary, and connect to history and social studies, while supporting language learning
and cultural understanding.

Through improvisation, mime, and role-play, students express ideas, emotions, and stories using verbal and non-verbal communication.
Builds confidence, self-regulation, and cooperation — supporting creative expression and social skills in a fun, playful environment.

Students role-play as vendors and customers in a French market and Belgian café, practicing polite conversations,
numbers, and social interactions in French. Our team guides the activity, and small snacks preparation are included!
This will develop teamwork, and real-life language skills.

Students explore the rich diversity of Francophone music. They learn to name instruments, describe sounds, and express
emotions in French, while discovering the cultural stories behind musical tradition. Supports oral communication, creative

Students explore street art and pop culture from Francophone countries, then create their own art inspired by French
slogans, slang, and modern themes.

A sorcerer has scrambled classic French tales! In teams, students solve riddles and crack codes from Francophone stories to escape before time runs out.

Students create a French-language TV broadcast, working in teams to gather fun facts and perform an on‑air segment while
