Discover the inspiring journey of this well-known entrepreneur from Vancouver who fell in love with Paris ! After running a thriving design firm for several years, Jackie closed her company and set off to Paris to pursue her life-long love of baking. Jackie studied at Paris’ École Gastronomique Bellouet Conseil, returning to her home city of Vancouver in 2012 to open Beaucoup Bakery & Café. Combining the comforting North American baking she grew up with, her Asian heritage and the delicate art of French pastry making, Beaucoup Bakery was an immediate success.

A lifestyle entrepreneur at heart, Jackie turned her talents to a great number of projects. She is also a freelance travel, food and lifestyle writer for several print and online publications. Most recently, Jackie turned her deep passion for inspiration, connection and self-discovery to author a memoir with Appetite Random House, called The Measure of My Powers, which will soon be released in French.

Après avoir dirigé une entreprise de design florissante pendant plusieurs années, Jackie a fermé son entreprise et s'est installée à Paris pour poursuivre son amour de longue date pour la Patisserie. Jackie a étudié à l'École Gastronomique Bellouet Conseil à Paris, puis est retournée dans sa ville natale de Vancouver en 2012 pour ouvrir Beaucoup Bakery & Café. Combinant la réconfortante pâtisserie nord-américaine avec laquelle elle a grandi, son héritage asiatique et l'art délicat de la pâtisserie française, Beaucoup Bakery a connu un succès immédiat.

Entrepreneure dans l'âme, Jackie a mis ses differents talents à profit pour un grand nombre de projets. Elle est également en freelance pour differentes publications dans le domaine des voyages, de l'alimentation et du mode de vie.. Plus récemment, Jackie a entrepris l'écriture d'un mémoire avec Appetite Random House, intitulée "The measure of my powers", qui sera bientôt publié en français...
