Matthis Capron

My name is Matthis and... I am Berckois. Which means I was born in a small town in the north of France with the sweet name of Berck. The advantage of Berck (\bɛʁk\, not beurk) is the sea. And it's by looking at it for too long that I wanted to discover what could be hidden beyond its long blue coat. After studying history and political science, and with the feeling that I had retained too many dates, I got a master's degree in French as a foreign language. I taught in Germany, in the Netherlands before finally landing in Canada, eh! What I love about teaching is above all being able to create and share many things with students. I am also passionate about music and books: I love rock novels and horror music, or the other way around. I often work with Robert Plant or Mick Jagger in my ears.
