l'autrice viendra présenter son roman L’Inconnue du portrait, elle partagera avec le public un moment
d’échange autour de son œuvre, suivi d’une séance de questions-réponses.
The Alliance Française de Vancouver is delighted to partner with the Vancouver Writers Festival to welcome the French author Camille de Peretti to its theatre. On this occasion, the author will present her novel L'Inconnue du portrait, she will share with the public a moment of exchange around her work, followed by a question-and-answer session.

Camille de Peretti est une romancière française née à Paris en 1980. Diplômée de l’ESSEC et formée au Cours Florent, elle publie son premier roman, Thornytorinx, en 2005. Depuis, elle s’est imposée comme une voix singulière de la littérature contemporaine avec des ouvrages mêlant fiction, histoire et destins de femmes. Son roman L’Inconnue du portrait retrace l’extraordinaire destinée d’un tableau inspiré de l’univers de Gustav Klimt, à travers plusieurs générations et à travers l’Europe. Entre enquête, secrets de famille et grande Histoire, ce récit entraîne le lecteur dans une fascinante quête d’identité.
Camille de Peretti is a French novelist born in Paris in 1980. A graduate of ESSEC and trained at Cours Florent, she published her first novel, Thornytorinx, in 2005. Since then, she has established herself as a singular voice of contemporary literature with works combining fiction, history and women’s destinies. His novel L'Inconnue du portrait traces the extraordinary destiny of a painting inspired by the world of Gustav Klimt, through several generations and across Europe. Between investigation, family secrets and great history, this story leads the reader in a fascinating quest for identity.
