The DELF Junior is an internationally recognized French language diploma designed specifically for teenagers aged 12 to 17. Awarded by the French Ministry of Education, it is a lifelong credential that officially validates your child's French language skills: and a meaningful achievement that will strengthen their academic profile for years to come.
The DELF Junior is part of the globally trusted DELF/DALF family of diplomas, based on the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). Offered in over 154 countries and recognized by universities and institutions worldwide, it gives your teenager a genuine advantage as they plan their future studies or career. The exam has four independent levels, A1, A2, B1, and B2, allowing students to be assessed at the stage that truly reflects their abilities, at their own pace.
