Pomelo: a tender journey in the heart of the seasons
Pomelo est un minuscule et adorable éléphant rose, né sous un pissenlit, dans un jardin. Avec beaucoup d’humour
et de sensibilité,
Pomelo découvre le monde qui l’entoure, avant de vivre un choc : l’arrivée de l’automne, puis de l’hiver ! Amoureux de son jardin, triste à
la vue des plants de fraises qui s’affaissent, émerveillé devant un flocon de neige, Pomelo s’avère l’incarnation même de
l’enfance.
Cette nouvelle production d’Ombres Folles est une ode à la nature et au cycle des saisons, lui qui permet de voir les choses mourir puis
renaître, lui qui nous chamboule d’un extrême à l’autre. Réalisé en théâtre d’ombre, marionnettes sur table
et théâtre de matière, avec musique en direct et diffusion d’odeurs, Pomelo promet de
faire vivre une expérience envoûtante et enveloppante !
Pomelo is a tiny and adorable pink elephant, born under a dandelion in a garden. With a lot of humor and sensitivity, Pomelo discovers the world around him, before experiencing a shock: the arrival of autumn, then winter! In love with his garden, sad at the sight of collapsing strawberry plants, amazed by a snowflake, Pomelo turns out to be the very incarnation of childhood. This new production of Ombres Folles is an ode to nature and the cycle of seasons, he who allows us to see things die and reborn, he who disrupts us from one extreme to another. Realized in shadow theater, puppets on table and material theater, with live music and diffusion of smells, Pomelo promises to make live an enchanting and enveloping experience!
