Vincent Verzat filme les mobilisations écologiques depuis 10 ans sur la chaîne YouTube Partager c'est Sympa. Partant d’un récit personnel et
sensible, le film retrace son cheminement entre militantisme et naturalisme, sa recherche d’un équilibre entre combat et contemplation,
traçant un chemin pour vivre dignement et affronter ce qui vient. Des luttes forestières du plateau des Millevaches à la tanière d’une
famille de blaireaux, en passant par les méga bassines du Poitou, les cerfs du Vercors et l’autoroute A69, "Le VIVANT qui se défend" fait le
lien entre les animaux sauvages et les luttes qui sont menées partout en France contre la destruction de leurs habitats. Ce
long-métrage trace un chemin pour vivre dignement et affronter ce qui vient.

Vincent Verzat has been filming ecological mobilizations for 10 years on the YouTube channel "Partager c'est Sympa." Starting from a
personal and sensitive narrative, the film retraces his journey between activism and naturalism, his search for a balance between combat and
contemplation, charting a path to live with dignity and confront what's to come. From the forest struggles of the Millevaches plateau to the
den of a badger family, passing through the "méga bassines" (mega-basins) of Poitou, the deer of Vercors, and the A69 highway, "Le
VIVANT qui se défend" (The LIVING that defends itself) connects wild animals with the struggles being waged across France against
the destruction of their habitats. This feature film charts a path to live with dignity and confront what's to come.
Créateur de la chaîne YouTube Partager c’est sympa (309 000 abonnés), le journaliste et vidéaste Vincent Verzat couvre depuis 2015 les
mobilisations écologiques. Avec plus de 18 millions de vues cumulées, ses vidéos invitent les spectateurs à agir concrètement. Depuis
2021, il se passionne pour l’observation de la faune sauvage. Il en a tiré un film documentaire, Le VIVANT qui se défend, mêlant
découvertes naturalistes et militantisme écologiste de terrain.

The creator of the YouTube channel "Partager c’est sympa" (309,000 subscribers), journalist and videographer Vincent Verzat has been
covering environmental mobilizations since 2015. With over 18 million cumulative views, his videos invite viewers to take concrete action.
Since 2021, he's developed a passion for observing wild fauna. This led him to create the documentary film, "Le VIVANT qui se
défend" (The WILD defending itself), which blends naturalist discoveries with on-the-ground environmental activism.
