A1 Discovery

A1 Part 3 - Discovery with Edito (Fast track)

Fast-Track classes

In this class, students will learn how to:

  • Exchange information about accommodations.
  • Talk about the weather;
  • Describe an object, describe clothing;
  • Talk about their daily activities;
  • Tell time and indicate a schedule;
  • Propose, accept and refuse an invitation;
  • Describe somebody;
  • Talk about recent experiences or projects;
  • Tell past events (1);

Prerequisite: A1 Part 2 or Level assessment (required for new students)

Textbooks: EDITO A1, unit 5 + unit 6 + unit 7.
NEW STUDENTS: For online classes: books to be picked up in our premises (no delivery). For in-person classes: the teacher will give the books on the first day of class.
Please note the curriculum displayed is based on a full level of twice-a-week classes. For once-a-week classes, students will need Part A and Part B to complete the level.

  • Talk about their profession;
  • Express their emotion and feelings;
  • Talk about health;
  • Give advices (1);
  • Express their disagreement;
  • Tell past events (2);
  • Reserve a hotel room;
  • Express their preference;
  • Talk about university and studies;

Prerequisite: A1 Part 3 or Level assessment (required for new students)

Textbooks: EDITO A1, Unit 8 + unit 9 + unit 10.

  • Describe, rent accommodations;
  • Express disappointment;
  • Express condition and hypothesis (1);
  • Compare;
  • Compliment;

Prerequisite: A2 part 1 or Level assessment (required for new students)

Textbooks: Edito A2, Units 3 and 4.

A2 Part 6 - Intermediate with Edito (Fast track)

In this class, students will learn how to:

  • Explain what they can do, their abilities;
  • Talk about past work experiences and future projects;
  • Write formal emails;
  • Repeat, quote somebody;
  • Express their fear, their concern;
  • Protest.

Prerequisite: A2 part 5 or Level assessment (required for new students)

Textbooks: Edito A2, Units 11 and 12.
NEW STUDENTS: For online classes: books to be picked up in our premises (no delivery). For in-person classes: the teacher will give the books on the first day of class.

  • Work on typical TCF activities to master each component of the exam
  • Taught by accredited TCF examiners.
