Claudine Charlery

My name is Claudine Charlery. I come from Martinique, also known as the Island of Flowers, a beautiful French island located in the French Lesser Antilles.
I have lived in French Guiana, Barbados, Bordeaux, Montreal, and Vancouver. I currently live in Edmonton, Alberta. I have a master's degree in applied foreign languages (English-Spanish) and a diploma in translation. I have taught at all levels in various departments, both in person and online, and have had the pleasure of seeing my students progress and succeed. I enjoy sharing my passion for languages with my students through my French-Caribbean culture. I love humor and comedy, and I try to convey my messages and teaching in this spirit, in a relaxed atmosphere. I love to travel and learn from others and their cultures. I also enjoy nature and art. I practice swimming, yoga, and Zumba.
