This Montreal band has started nearly four years ago, hustling and playing in New Orleans. LENOIRE defines themself as Backseat RnB; their graceful sound is a mix of American Rhythm'n’blues, Britpop, and 60's proto-prog. This enthusiastic trio will immediately pull you in when you’ll hear their smooth, expressive instrumentals over gracefully raw vocals. They've played and played again at every underground of MTL, then they toured Canada, and now they're finally releasing their 1st full length album.Composed mostly while on tour Off The Cuff offers what LENOIRE does best : chemistry and revery.
Ce groupe montréalais s'est lancé il y a près de 4 ans à la Nouvelle-Orléans. LENOIRE se définit comme jouant avec les codes du Backseat RnB, de l'American Rhythm'n'blues, du Britpop et du proto-prog des années 60. Ce trio plein d'énergie vous entraînera immédiatement avec leurs mélodies douces et poétiques mélangées au chant rauque mais gracieux. Ils ont écumé les scènes underground de Montréal, puis sont partis en tournée nationale et maintenant ils sortent enfin leur premier album. Composé principalement en tournée, "Off The Cuff" propose ce que LENOIRE fait de mieux : alchimie et poésie.
