french courses and cultural activities

8 to 10 years old

Early learning of languages is a key factor to acquire adequate skills and progress steadily in other subjects at school. It enhances acquisition learning skills and prepares the child to deal with different scopes.

At Alliance Française, we are specialized in children classes. We prepare kids to follow French programs, to acquire the basis for entering the best programs, and to progress steadily. We also propose those classes to prepare the A1 and A2 diplomas that can be taken after 2/3 years of French at our school.

For that purpose, we use the Alex et Zoé method, éditions Clé international, a very dynamic textbook especially designed for children that age with lots of contents and tools (eTextbook, activities CD-Rom, readers, portfolio, integrated preparation for the DELF). This textbook enhances the development of communicative skills, oral and written. Frequent assessment tests, self-assessment test and reviews are offered throughout the course.

At the end of each session of french class, students will be tested and will receive a certificate of achievement.

NEW: We also offer special french classes for kids in French Immersion: Thursdays from 4 to 5:30pm.
